Hi there!

Today I am going to tell you about Keto cheesecake — best Keto dessert I know. In addition to being yummy it fuels uour body with vitamins, minerals and healthy fats! Plus, it is so easy and quick to make.

To make these delicious Keto dessert you will need:

1 1/4 cup blanched almond flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 3 tablespoon unsalted butter. We will use it for almond flour crust.

For filling we will use 2 large eggs, 2 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 cup of powdered sweetener, 15 ounce of full fat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream.

First we should preheat oven to 374F. Then melt the butter and mix it with almond flour and cinnamon. Now we will take springform pan and spread out our mixture evenly. Let`s bake it for 10 minutes.

Now let`s get to the filling! We shall blend cream cheese, sour cream and sweatener in a mixing bowl. Then wisk the eggs in another bowl, add vanilla extract. Now combine our two mixtures and blend it slowly.

Pour our mixture on baked crust and place it in the oven for 60 minutes. But you shoul keep an eye on your dessert, when the edges of cheesecake are brown and the center is a little soft and golden you can pull it out of the oven.

Let the dessert cool completely and then place it in the refridgerator for 4 hours.
