Brilliant for building core strength, lean muscle tissue, and lengthening your limbs, pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that improves flexibility and relieves stress.

Davina has her own fitness app Own Your Goals and it’s what she uses to keep fit!

She told Women’s Health, “What’s so good about that is there are loads of different workouts, with loads of different teachers – I can choose whether I want to do a quick 10 minutes, or a mega-blast 45 minutes, which is really what I need in my ever-changing life.”

She is also aiming to launch a new menopause documentary on Channel 4, called Davina McCall: The Menopause Brain Drain.

It comes after her first programme, Davina McCall: Sex, Myths and the Menopause, in May 2021.

She said: “I have never had a reaction like the one I received after Sex, Myths and the Menopause aired. It was profoundly moving and deeply humbling, and what I realised is that women need more answers, more support and a voice.

“Many amazing women have laid the groundwork before me in this field, and I want to arm women with the facts so they can make informed decisions about their bodies.”

Louisa Compton, Channel 4’s Head of News and Current Affairs and Sport added: “The menopause shouldn’t be a taboo subject considering it affects 50 per cent of the population – but our first film opened the lid on an area of life that too many people were frightened of discussing.”
