You are not alone.

Almost everyone in the world experience anxiety, It is no stranger to me as well. There are 4 levels of anxiety mild anxiety, moderate anxiety, severe anxiety and panic level anxiety, but what we don’t know is how to deal with them. I usually deal with mild to moderate anxiety and here are the ways which I find helps :-

Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue or make it better, If yes we should come up with a plan on how to resolve this. This should help with lowering the anxiety.

If there is nothing that we can do to resolve the cause we should come to terms with it and rather than worrying about it we should try to not think about it and focus on other things to distract ourself.

Talking to someone

Distracting Yourself

Like many studies have shown that working out helps a lot with anxiety(I can vouch for this) or we can try watching our favourite TV show or cooking, it is better to do something that we really enjoy to ease the anxiousness.

Seeing a doctor
