In 2019 I learned about the carnivore diet. I spent the next couple years researching, learning, discovering.

I was a vegetarian, and had been most of my life. The idea of eating only the one food, a food I actively avoided, confounded me. But unlike most others who scoffed at the idea, I let it sink in and gave it a chance. Was there actually science behind it? What about saturated fat? Cholesterol? Cancer?

I finally gave it a chance, and all I can say now is — I HAVE to share this with others.

It’s absolutely nothing to do with bragging, flaunting, or wanting to be different and stand out. The carnivore diet has truly, profoundly, changed my life for the better. I have a duty to share it with others who would benefit.

While it’s extremely beneficial and great for healing, you don’t need to commit to it for the rest of your life to see benefits. But you may end up doing so due to how it makes you feel.

  • Brain fog, gone
  • Unlimited energy
  • Loss of unnecessary fat
  • Massive increase in muscle tone (but not size, because I don’t lift heavy weights)
  • Elimination of small aches and pains I’ve felt for years in my muscles and joints
  • Anxiety, especially social anxiety, 90% reduced
  • Zero days of depression in combination with adequate sun exposure
  • No more stomach aches, cramping, diarrhea, constipation
  • Exceptional sleep

With about 2–3 weeks of adjustment (changing your body’s fuel from carbs to high fat red meat is a big jump), you too can experience this profound change in your quality of life.

  • Eat whenever you are hungry for the first 3 weeks, and eat until you are completely full
