Hello folks. Does anyone out there know anything about herbs and natural remedies? I’m not a good actor but I did get some clues over the years.

Take the lavender! I like lavender. Lavender is very easy to grow and care for, thrives year after year, has a pleasant and soothing aroma, is known for its relaxation, and keeps moths away. I have a lavender plant in my window kitchen and lavender bags in my cupboards.

There are many ways to learn about the herbal garden. Personally, I have a lot of books on growing herbs on hand. You can exchange information with other gardeners or kindergarten vendors. And don’t forget the elderly. They have a wealth of knowledge about natural remedies and treatments.

One day I told an elderly friend that my hair was losing its luster. “No problem,” she said. “Take one egg yolk, olive oil, one lemon juice. Mix together in a bowl. Using your fingers or a basting brush, apply or carefully blend the mixture on your scalp, hair roots, and hair. Wrap a towel around your hair for two hours, then wash with warm water and wash with soap as usual ”.

I followed his instructions. Indeed, my hair has a renewed shine and more body than it had in the long run.

You can learn about natural remedies by improving your home. Have you ever felt that your face is an abstract cover? I did. I needed a lot of moisturizing and firming for my skin. Yogurt became an ideal solution. After rubbing something on my face and letting it get inside I felt and looked younger in my twenties.

Natural remedies are my idea for fun!
