Just use chuck steak.

Seriously. Here’s what goes into it:
2 lbs chuck steak
4–5 large carrots
1 yellow onion
1 jalapeno
like…10 cloves of garlic. or as many as you dare.
Almost one bunch of celery
1 28 oz + 1 14 oz can of diced tomato
1 cup of Bob Mills 14 bean soup
32 oz real bone broth (chicken or beef)
32 oz vegetable broth
Olive oil & 1/2 stick of butter
bay leaves
S+P, oregano, basil, paprika, chili powder, cayenne

1 hour of prep + 1 hour of cook time

Begin to simmer the rinsed beans in the bone broth & veggie broth on low heat, covered in a large pot.

Use a food processor to chop the garlic if you have one. Otherwise, dice garlic, chop the rest of the veggies. Set aside.

Rub the chuck steak with salt and dice into small cubes.
