Yes i understand some one doing every possible way to reduce your stubborn belly fat. But along with the exercise if we can take proper care of our food it will surely give phenomenal results.

and yes there are absolutely some proven ways I have found out which shall help to loose the belly fat very soon.

To lose belly fat, you’ll have to reduce overall body weight through diet and exercise.

Second, While you can’t lose belly fat instantly, you can reduce it with a calorie deficit and exercise.

Third , Avoid refined sugars and carbs, processed foods, and sugary drinks including alcohol.

Fourth, You can expect a healthy amount of weight loss between 1–2 pounds a week through diet and exercise.
