Inflammation has been described as the ‘scourge of modern life’. Many ways are used in the fight against inflammation, from food supplements to nutrition and exercise recommendations. But what exactly is it that gets inflamed, why does it happen, and is that always a bad thing? When and how to intervene? Here are all the details about inflammation, which has become the hottest topic on the health agenda in 2023.

First, let’s take a look at what inflammation means. Inflammation, also known as inflammation, is a response of our immune system to protect our body against various diseases and injuries.

It is a physiological, natural process.

Inflammation is at the center of wound healing, the management of the immune system of the living thing, and tissue remodeling. Disruption of the physiological balance of the defense system based on such complex relationships forms the basis of the pathophysiology of many diseases.

Inflammation is the immune system’s response to any traumatic event in body tissues, from a tough workout to knee abrasions and flu bouts. Your immune system releases white blood cells to protect the area, and you can usually feel redness, fever, and swelling in the affected area.
