Simple Fenugreek Leaves (Methi Bhaji) Recipe – Gexice

2. Grated garlic 4 to 5 clove

3. Grated green pepper 4 to 5 unit

4. Fenugreek leaves (Methi bhaji ½ kg)

5. Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon

6. Salt to taste

7. Water ½ liter

  • Add grated garlic 4 to 5 cloves and fry until color changes & raw smell goes away.
  • Then add grated green pepper 4 to 5 units
  • Cook on medium to high heat
  • In the pan add fenugreek leaves (methi bhaji)
  • Add turmeric powder ½ teaspoon, and salt to taste
  • Sauté on medium to high heat
