An invisible killer appeared in the James Bond film No Time To Die that affected very specific people. Nanobots were mentioned several times in the film and this word seemed to be all the explanation that was needed for whatever technology the villain had created. Scientists who work in medical biochemistry and engineers that look at production of medicine know this technology by a different name: nanomedicine.
