Life can be hard and full of complications. We work like dogs, we work like kids, we sleep in the same place on the same day all the time and sleep in the same room in many cases and our diets aren’t the best either. Here are a few tips to get the best from your life and a few food habits to change, so that you may feel energized and you will have more energy to face the day.

The first thing that I learned about eating well was eating well in bed. I was very accustomed to eating dinner in the evening before going to bed, but that was before I knew of the importance of breakfast.

Cooking breakfast so you can feel energized as you get up every morning? Okay, I understand, eating my dinner in bed so I could go to sleep earlier? Yes! Actually, if you do that each night I think it’s worth looking into how breakfast would change if you were no longer scheduled to be awake by 7:30 AM.

Instead of trying to be ready to get out of bed at 10 AM or 11 AM, why not get started about eating your breakfast out of your favorite meal? Make a banana smoothie with a cup of organic banana protein powder, 1 cup of organic milk or almond milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of organic honey. Yes, all organic, not as big a surprise that it’s organic because it’s naturally delicious.

Another tip for a healthy life is just finding the different beauty products in your bathroom for your body’s needs. If your body needs a homemade protein smoothie and lots of ghee, maybe try combining some natural vegetable extracts together. What if you add a handful of organic pumpkin seeds in between the smoothie? What if you added some almond milk in between the smoothie? You need that different kind of mix with the protein to make it taste as it does.

I want to take this one back to when I said it was a healthy life-hacker and not a lifelike one. Learning how to eat better and take care of your body is more important than not eating or exercising.

To encourage a holistic eating plan, add yourself to a meal plan. For example, make a weekly plan of your family meals. Then write down all of your nutritional requirements to make sure you are eating balanced meals that you will not be hungry when it gets dark. Get used to the plan, and then split your time easily between the breakfast, lunch, and dinner meal.
